Acceptance of terms
By using the CarePaw clinic app, pet-owner app, or website, you agree to these terms. If you are using CarePaw on behalf of a clinic, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
The service
CarePaw provides software for veterinary clinics and pet owners to record and access pet medical information, reminders, and related features. CarePaw is a tool; it does not practise veterinary medicine. Licensed veterinarians remain the practitioners of record.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Pet owners sign in with a mobile number; clinic staff use clinic-issued accounts.
Platform fees
CarePaw Clinic Essentials is free for the clinic. CarePaw Clinic Pro is a paid subscription. The pet-owner app is free to download and use; the only optional purchase for owners is the CarePaw QR tag. Clinic partnership and service terms are agreed separately with each partner clinic.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access data you are not authorised to, or use CarePaw to violate any law. Medical records must be accurate and entered by authorised clinic staff.
Data
Use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. A pet's medical record belongs conceptually to the pet owner; clinics retain their own records.
