Is the CarePaw app free?
Yes — the app is free to download and use. There's no subscription and no per-visit fee for you. The only optional purchase is the CarePaw QR tag (₱300, one-time) for lost-pet recovery.
How do I get my pet's records?
When you visit a CarePaw partner clinic, the vet logs the visit and it appears in your app automatically — clinic-verified, no typing needed on your end.
What's the difference between Partner and Pro Partner clinics?
Both deliver clinic-verified records to your CarePaw app — diagnosis, prescription, vaccinations, follow-up dates, reminders, and your pet's weight with a trend graph. A Pro Partner clinic shares the full clinical record on top: other vitals like temperature and body condition score, attached lab reports, visit photos, full SOAP notes, and a downloadable record bundle for travel or a second opinion. The Pro Partner badge means the clinic has invested in giving you more.
What is the QR tag?
A durable physical tag for your pet's collar. Anyone who finds your pet can scan it with a normal phone to reach you — and if you turn on Lost Mode, share where they found your pet.

Is my data private?
Yes. You control what is shared, including what a finder sees if your pet is lost. CarePaw is built to applicable data-protection law.
