CarePaw Clinic Pro is ₱50,000/year (or ₱5,000/month) — adds analytics, dosing assist, queue board, schedules + online booking, feedback dashboard, pre-visit forms, multi-branch view, and priority support, with unlimited caps.
Will my clinic outgrow Essentials?
Most successful clinics do — within 6 to 12 months. The 100-active-pets cap is the most common trigger. We designed Essentials to be a genuine product, not a teaser; if you stay under the caps, you stay on Essentials at no cost.
Do we have to re-type all our existing records?
No. CarePaw's records migration service converts your existing data — Excel, scanned pages, or other sources — into the platform for you. See the migration section above.
Will this be hard for our older vets to use?
CarePaw is designed for a 60-year-old vet, not a power user — large touch targets, the most common action one tap away, and on-site training during onboarding.
Does it work when the internet drops?
Yes. The clinic app is offline-tolerant — it keeps working through a dropped connection and syncs when you reconnect.
What about our patients' data?
Records are the pet owner's; sharing across clinics requires explicit owner consent. CarePaw is built to applicable data-protection law.
