Order through your vet
Pick up a CarePaw QR tag at any Partner or Pro Partner clinic. Many clinics keep a small stock; if not, your vet can order one for you.
Bind to your pet — 20 seconds
Your vet scans the tag and assigns it to your pet's record in seconds. The tag is now yours, linked to your pet's CarePaw profile.
Pet wears it on the collar
That's it. The tag does nothing day-to-day — until the moment you need it.
If your pet is ever lost — turn on Lost Mode
From the CarePaw app, tap Lost Mode on your pet's profile. The tag's scan-page now shows your contact, urgent medical info, and a 'I found this pet' button that pings you with location.

How much does the tag cost?
₱300 per tag, one-time. There are no recurring fees, no subscription, and no per-scan charges. The tag works forever once linked to your pet.
Where can I buy one?
Order through any CarePaw Partner or Pro Partner clinic — they keep small stocks or can place an order for you. Verify a clinic at carepaw.app/verify.
Do I need the CarePaw app?
Yes — the CarePaw owner app is how you bind the tag to your pet, turn on Lost Mode, and receive notifications when the tag is scanned. The app is free to download.
Does the finder need the app?
No. Anyone who finds your pet can scan the tag with any phone's camera. The scan opens a regular web page — no install required, no friction.
What information does a finder see by default?
By default, nothing personal — just "This pet has a home — owner notified." When you turn on Lost Mode, the finder sees what you choose to show: your mobile, urgent medical info, your vet's contact. You're in full control.
What if the tag falls off or wears out?
We'll replace your tag at cost if it's damaged or lost within the first year. Submit a replacement request through your clinic.
Can a tag be transferred to a different pet?
Tags are bound to one pet. If you adopt a new pet, you can order a new tag — that pet deserves their own.
Is my pet's data safe?
Yes. The medical record stays in your CarePaw app and the clinic's records. The tag's public scan page shows only what you explicitly choose in Lost Mode, and only when Lost Mode is on.
